Can my boyfriend pass his 72 hour drug test tuesday morning if he drank Saturday night?
My boyfriend is in a drug treatment program, drug court. He has to take a 72 hour drug test tomorrow morning (tuesday) and he drank Saturday night. He did not do any drugs, he just drank. My question is, can he pass it if he drinks shit loads of water and cranberry juice?? Does this 72 hour drug test thing even detect alcohol? Or is it just drugs that it detects?
I work for a drug testing company and let me tell you that alcohol can not be detected in a drug screen. Normal drug screens are urine but there are also blood, hair, oral fluid and breath alcohol. Unless you are doing a breath alcohol within hours of drinking it's unlikely that it will be detected. Even in a blood alcohol the specimen still has to be collected within a few hours of drinking. Not 72. Your boyfriend should be fine.

How to do a 24, 48, or 72-Hour Film Festival?
What is the best way to get the money and/or equipment to compete in a 24, 48, our 72-Hour Film Festival?
Basically how would you go about at a Producer's viewpoint (other viewpoints are welcome)?
First, shoot digital. It's easier and cheaper. A Panasonic DVX or HVX should work fine. Then it depends on your network. Do you know people who work at rental houses? Do any of them DP or grip? If so, they can get you the hookup in exchange for a DP or grip credit.
If you're a college student, or near college age and have friends in film school, the film department should be a good resource of equipment.
Do you know anyone with equipment packages of their own? If so, put them on your crew.
It's best to anticipate the 24-72 hour festivals with a short, well written, malleable (so it can be changed for the festival's specifications) script or treatment. You should have some actors in your network who could be ready to go at anytime. It's a bonus if they can also double as crew. Keep the characters and locations to a minimum. Have a good team ready. Have every team member pitch in financially and conceptually. The better organized and harmonious the team, the better the outcome. The lower the concept the cheaper and the easier (you can up the concept with a 72 hour film fest).
So it boils down to:
Shoot and edit digitally
Build a good network
Find a good team
Have a low concept idea
Be resourceful, think outside the box

I’m baffled. I’ve been to Denmark (spent a month there at the university in Aarhus). All the advertising materials, etc., proclaim Denmark as one of the most non-sexist countries in the world. The adland discussion picks up on this: “… condoms are cheap, the pill is subsidized, the 72-hour pill (which can stop a pregnancy before it happens) is given out for free and abortions are legal …”
ok well you have the brand name right it is "morning after pill" or "plan B" samething product different name.
you will have to be 18 years or older and have a valid I.D to show the pharmicist. the pills varues in different states. I live in Philadelphia and i payed $50.00 for it. but you might be looking at between $50-65.
Involuntary commitment requires a court order. (Each state has slightly different requirements.) There is a 72 hour rule; a psychiatrist can commit a person for 72 hours but anything more than that requires a court order.
My wife, a clinical psychologist, does not have the power to commit, but she can evaluate a person and advise a court.
There is also a 72 hour rule for parking on the street. Your car can be towed after 72 hours regardless of all else. So even if you have a permit, be sure to move your car every few days regardless of street cleaning to avoid this.
It would be really really hard to get pregnant that way, but be careful from now on.
