Awesome idea. I think you should also consider making "hangover first aid kits" for other peoples 21st birthdays- this a great, creative present…
Anyhow-
For your hangover first aid kit you need to be sure to include supplies to take care of the following problems: dehydration, blood sugar crash, vitamin deficiencies, nausea, and fatigue.
Dehydration:
pack water and a sports drink
blood sugar crash:
pack sugar-filled candy or fruit, such as berries
vitamin deficiencies:
Your body uses an enormous amount of vitamin C and vitamin B when trying to recover from alcohol overuse. Be sure to pack Vitamin C and a vitamin B complex. Try taking vitamin C and B both before AND after you drink
nausea:
Ginger tea [a great natural supplement to combat nausea], an over-the-counter nausea medication
Fatigue:
You just need more sleep. I do not know how to pack this into a hangover kit- but the reality is that when you drink too much you inhibit your deep sleep patterns and you end up less well rested.
Hey folks if you wanna be ready when a situation occurs you may want to carry a few things with you in your car..Number One for Me is a heavy Wool blanket..Great for smothering out Fires catching injured animals..can save a person going into shock.Plus mundane uses too while changing tires putting on chains or getting unstuck..Its just a great tool that people don’t think about..A fire extinguisher..A real first aid kit with Pressure bandages cloth binders and Big pads..Not the Little nick and cut first aid kits..Practically worthless..A gallon of water..And a big sturdy knife..Like a buck knife its useful when cutting, prying or digging a very flexible tool..Flash light and flares as well.
