Does anybody have experience with this pack?

I am making a Bug out bag and i am just wondering if this is durable or good enough for a BOB?

I can't see why not, I would use a small alice pack, but everyone has their own preference, just make sure that you can wear it first before buying, it's bad if you can't and you find out it's not what you were looking for.
the only downsides to this bag are it's the size and look, a bug out bag needs to look inconspicuous and small, so it doesn't attract the attention of other people, when bugging out, your trying to survive, not become the target for muggers.
maybe my small alice is a bit much too , in a bug out situation, some people use the opportunity to work against the army and government, so if your gear looks tactical or army like at all, they might think your army and either rob and/or kill you for just having that backpack.
just use a normal backpack or something that looks like one, no army colors or look, that's the best choice.
I also have a lee enfield bandoleer with absolutely important stuff in it, like a fire kit, extra knife, multi-tool, survival manual(basically a refresh book, not complicated), fishing kit, a oil barrel liners, etc, I can hide it under my shirt or jacket and have it completely concealed, I'd just look like a normal, unprepared person without anyone knowing the truth.

Yes, you will be issued all military uniforms, however you DO need to bring your own running shoes. They will inspect them to make sure they are ok but that pretty much means they will make sure they are not flashy (like neon or something crazy) and make sure they are actually running shoes (or comparable). Basketball shoes don't fly. I'd bring a small supply of pens/paper but for sure you will be able to go to the troop store for supplies… but its good to always bring some just in case. Not sure about the money though. I would assume it would be from your paycheck, but better to be safe then sorry.
