I think I have a problem.....HELP?

I joined the swim team at my school and lost 20 pounds in two months. I weighted 117 and then went down to 97 pounds. I am 5' 5''. Anyway, my parnets, friends, cousins, and relatives all kept bugging me to gain weight. I would sometimes cry myself to sleep because they were pressing it on me so much. I liked the way I look and I checked that a girl my age could weigh 97 pounds. I started pigging out to gain weight and now find I can't stop. When I mean pigging ou I mean like 3 bowls of ice cream and a full bag of bagels! I feel guilty because I don't think I've gained enough weight then I good topsy turby and think that I a total pig! Then I'll cry and try throwing up. I have been like this for about a month. I want to stop but don't know what to do. I now weight 104 which I think is a good weight but then my mom says she doesn't notice any difference. I'm really sad right now and just want to go jump off a cliff. Please help! What should I do?

Dont be so hard on yourself. Its difficult being young and having everyone demand on you. Just try to eat healthy and dont focus on numbers. Enjoy food but not focus on it.
Your perfect the way you are weather thats 100 pounds or 130.
Just take care of yourself and you'll start to feel better.
Take care :)

    1. Try Byron Katie. Her worksheets are on her website and her videos are on youtube.

    2. If you get panic attacks, sign up for the free emails on the panicaway website.

    3. Try reading Patrick Holford's "Low GL diet" – blood sugar imbalances can cause havoc with your body and symptoms include depression, mood swings, tiredness, drowsiness after eating, cravings for sweet foods, headaches, heart palpitations, anxiety, irritability, agrressive outbursts, crying spells, excessive sweating, dizziness and trembling.

    4. Keep two journals. One for writing down all your feelings, this is really good for clearing out your anxieties and getting all your
war onto paper, you can delete it straight after if you need to, it's just good to really see your stressful thinking. And the other can be your gratitude journal – write down all the things you are grateful for that happened today.

    5. Read "Happiness is a Choice" by Barry Neils Kauffman. Here is a link about a girl who was suicidal and came out of her depression.

    6. Read "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz. He discusses what he calls the mitote – the thousand voices in your head that can cause so much fear and confusion in all of us. He teaches how to deal with these images, voices and fears.

Sorry if none of this is helpful.
Sending you so much love and so many hugs.
    Take care sweetheart.
