College freshman survival kit?
I am graduating high school this week and have been trying to think of a cute gift to give all of my friends. We decided we aren't going to buy stuff (or give money) since there is so many of us (i would be giving something to 7 girls). We also figured making something would be more meaningful anyway. Everyone has been in the process of making stuff with pictures and what not. Anyway, long story short, I need help thinking of ideas for a "survival kit". I wanted to put something together for them, but i don't know what to put in there. It can be funny or useful. Any ideas?
Since you are not spending money ... The serenity prayer plus important phone numbers, plus the phone numbers of all the pizza and take out restaurants near where they are going to college (and whatever else is important - like a good mechanic). And separate a thick pad of post-it notes into a thin pad each for each friend (cute idea -especially if each girl gets a different color - and useful, but they cannot accuse you of breaking the rules and overspending.)

Where can i get a "survival" kit?
My friend got this camper survival kit for her b-day. It was basically a water bottle with a flashlight, space blanket, whistle, and other stuff for camping in it. I really want one of these, because they make great gifts, and are just so cute!! does anyone know what they are called or where to buy them? Thank you so much!!!
