Should I be considered a health freak just because?
I don't drink or eat caffine. I own a $150 first aid kit. I take multi-vitamin every day. I carry around a CPR key chain. I'm a vegiatrian. I use sunscreen everyday. Take two showers a day. Find it hard to take even advil even when in pain. Drink a bounch of water and vitamin water. And use a loation to keep skin from getting dry at night. And hate the idea of smoking or drinking. And I'm only 15 yrs old. And love to write,play music or exercise to realive stress almost everyday. Don't die my hair, use a hairdryer, or anything that sticks in my hair.
And I use Detox pads to get raid of toxins in my body.
I am much older but follow many of the principles you do.....guess that is why I am in healthcare.....I would not consider you a freak and if someone does.....there are worse things to be.

I think what you are talking about is an ambu bag. They are usually blue bags that are used instead of the mouth to mouth technique and many times may be connected to O2.
