Earthquake hits Japan and major flooding, first thing the Prime Minister does is announce help and aid?
Why didn't George W. Bush take time out of his golfing back home in Texas back in 2005 when Katrina hit New Orleans, when over 1900 people were drowned to death mostly because the President didn't do anything to help since they were not his favorite skin colour.
So where did you get this idea that new orleans was 100% black? Are you implying the only ones who were TOO STUPID and LAZY to evacuate were black?
