First is first. In a conclusion you say what you have said. It is usually only one or two lines.
A Tsunami could occur and as far as my knowledge goes there is nothing that humans can do but wait. You see Tsunami's are caused by the tectonic plates moving. When the tectonic plates move they can crash into each other which causes a earthquake. If where the tectonic plates crash is water above it then the earthquake is underwater which causes a Tsunami.
Back to the conclusion. If your arguement or information was mainly about why Tsunami's occur then your conclusion would be somthing like: Tsunami's are an affect of underwater earthquakes.
