A Tsunami could occur and as far as my knowledge goes there is nothing that humans can do but wait. You see Tsunami&#039;s are caused by the tectonic plates moving. When the tectonic plates move they can crash into each other which causes a earthquake. If where the tectonic plates crash is water above it then the earthquake is underwater which causes a Tsunami. 

Back to the conclusion. If your arguement or information was mainly about why Tsunami&#039;s occur then your conclusion would be somthing like: Tsunami&#039;s are an affect of underwater earthquakes.
