Which city (worldwide) do you think is the most dangerous when it comes to natural disasters?
Some places are notoriously known as hotspots for natural disasters, whether it be earthquakes, tornadoes, volcanoes, hurricanes, tidal waves, avalanches, mudslides, wildfires, hailstorms, floods, etc... or a combination of them.
Which city in the world do you think is the worst in these, and why?
(A city being a metropolitan area greater than 50,000 people... ie... don't say Elko, NV. Also... when listing a large suburb, mention the principal city instead... ie... instead of saying Vancouver, Washington, say Portland.)
Do you think that people are senseless for living there?

Japan is a country. California and Florida are states. Which CITY, do you think is the most dangerous when it comes to Natural disasters? (ie... Los Angeles, Tokyo, Manila, San Francisco, Seattle, New York, Paris, London, New Delhi, Sydney, Houston, New Orleans, Miami, Rome, Beijing, Seoul, Taipei, Dubai, etc...) Which ONE CITY?
Good question...because of the potential for extreme disasters, i will include Tokyo ( earthquakes, Volcano, Hurricane, Tsunami) New Orleans ( Hurricane, Tornado, Flooding and being below sea level Global Warming) Manila, nearly the same as Tokyo. I can't say people are senseless because many people don't have choices, but it is senseless for government to pay for it!

Haiti beset by series of natural disasters
For those who think that natural disasters like the earthquake in Haiti are a judgement on them from God...?
Isn't it just as possible that they they are actually a test from God on everyone else? To see how His self-proclaimed followers will respond?
Thanks in advance
1) no-where have I said that Haiti was "God's fault".
2) No-where have I said that Xtians have not stepped up to help.
3) I have simply asked whether people WHO SAY THAT IT WAS A JUDGEMENT FROM GOD (Did y'all miss that part?) have considered an alternative suggestion that leaves the assumption that it was "God's will" intact.
If anyone thinks that this atrocity is judgment from God, they are speculating. There is no way for us to even get close to imaging what God thinks. I am very sad and heartbroken that this has happened, and I am praying for Haiti. It is arrogant for anyone to presume that they know what God thinks.
