Text after Earthquake?
My class is required to make a Earthquake preparedness kit, and it is NOT recommended to make phone calls after an earthquake, in order for there to be more room for emergency calls. I was wondering if it is possible for me to TEXT someone after an earthquake, or use the internet. I have a droid. Please back up the info! Thank you!
Texting or communicating via the Internet will still use "bandwidth" that could be necessary for emergency workers.
