Haiti Earthquake Relief?
Hi guys, so after hearing about the Haiti earthquake, it has really touched my heart and I really really want to do something to help. I was thinking of starting something in my high school to help them out. I don't only want to donate money, I want to actually do something and feel accomplished in helping them. I've been researching around and I know we can help by donating non-perishable food items, baby supplies, toiletries, bottled water, clothing, medicine, and blankets. What do you guys think about me starting some sort of Haitie relief drive where our school can work to gather these kinds of items for the vitims. I was thinking of calling it Hearts for Haiti but if you have any other good names that would be helpful. Also, any other ideas of how to help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
If you listen to the news, everyone is telling you not to send "stuff", send money to the organizations that know what they need. Red Cross, Salvation Army etc.
Best of all, go to www.whitehouse.gov search for haiti and donate money.

Missionary Flights Busy Delivering Earthquake Supplies
Did you hear about the big earthquake that hit Pakistan?
A big earthquake with the strength of 8.1 on the Richter Scale has hit Pakistan.
Two million Pakistanis have died and over a million are
injured.
The country is totally ruined and the government doesn't know where to start with providing help to rebuild.
The rest of the world is in shock.
The USA is sending troops to help.
Saudi Arabia is sending oil.
Latin American countries are sending supplies.
New Zealand is sending sheep, cattle and food crops.
The Asian countries are sending labor to assist in rebuilding
infrastructure.
Australia is sending medical teams and supplies.
Britain, not to be outdone, is sending two million replacement Pakistanis.
