I agree that there appears to be some odd dynamic in place. I've really started working this summer on a special closet to store emergency food supplies, first aid, and so on. It just feels like…I don't know. Emergencies and disasters are coming on too fast and like you said, in oddnesses. And with the US sinking so low in world opinion and our leaders seeming not to be aware of the dangers…I fear for our country.

we have a seperate generator & a big water tank plus lots of emergency supplies (even a spare 40kg sack of dog food : )
