If I'm my Doctor prescribed Medical marijauna and I had an emergency flight to go to Philippines what do I ?

I know a modest amount about the drug laws of The Philippines and from what I understand largely based on reading The Republic of the Philippines Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 you very likely can't bring any marijuana in any quantity to The Philippines. Aside from the few countries and American States that have "legalized" marijuana for medical use it is still an illegal schedule I controlled substance under international law and it is illegal, especially in The Philippines which has some of the most strict drug laws in the world.
Section 4 of The Dangerous Drugs Act says relating to The Importation of Dangerous Drugs and/or Controlled Precursors and Essential Chemicals. "The penalty of life imprisonment to death and a fine ranging from Five hundred thousand pesos (P500,000.00) to Ten million pesos (P10,000,000.00) shall be imposed upon any person, who, unless authorized by law, shall import or bring into the Philippines any dangerous drug, regardless of the quantity and purity involved, including any and all species of opium poppy or any part thereof or substances derived therefrom even for floral, decorative and culinary purposes."
Section 11 relating to The Possession of Dangerous Drugs says
"The penalty of life imprisonment to death and a fine ranging from Five hundred thousand pesos (P500,000.00) to Ten million pesos (P10,000,000.00) shall be imposed upon any person, who, unless authorized by law, shall possess any dangerous drug in the following quantities, regardless of the degree of purity thereof."
If your prescription is recognized then it should not be a major issue but the fact is your prescription is not a guarantee of protection. Also bringing over a month of many controlled substances is typically not legal.
I would recommend you contact The Embassy of The Philippines in your country and/or your embassy in The Philippines. You should also have your doctor write a letter indicating what you take, how much, and for what.
