Industrial First

Who were the inventers of the first sewing industrial machine?
well help me out i know E. Howe had something to do with it but who helped cuz there were to many people involed help me im going crazy
That is the difficulty. So many people each had one patent which, on it's own, was useless. I don't have it handy, but at some point they got together and formed a combine which enabled Howe, and others, to start production instead of endless patent infringement lawsuits. Try the Smithsonian, and Wiki, and maybe Singer's website has some history. You might also try the patent office, they have a lot online.
There were also machines that sewed fabric, and leather and other specialty purposes so, again, no one person or machine.
But there is no one person responsible.
The book you want to locate (and good luck finding it) is Smithsonian Bulletin No 254, The Invention of the Sewing Machine by Grace Rogers Cooper, 1968
Interesting stuff. A large contributor to the Industrial Revolution.

First Wind leaseholder Hal Graham speaks out on noise of industrial wind turbines
I need a plan for the first 6 month's; how should I approach the market by selling industrial tools?
I can get a job but I need to do a presentation, how should I approach the market by selling industrial measurement tools !
Well, first of all you need to determine who is your target market. Best thing to do is to find a niche within that group, basically meaning who are you specifically trying to target within your target market.
Once you have determined your niche and target market, determine who is the decision maker of the group that purchases the tools. Keep in mind, the person using the tool doesn't necessarily mean that they are the decision makers, they just simply are the users. Decision makers are the ones that makes the final decision and has the power to say yes or no.
Since you mentioned industrial tools, I'm assuming that you are going to target businesses. So like I said before, try to do some networking and try to find the decision maker. Once you have, try to set up an appointment to make a presentation to them.
During your first meeting, just trying to uncover some of the problems that they might have and potentially see if your product can be a solution. Make sure you bring tools for demonstration and a presentation explaining the importance. Allow them to play with the tools and perhaps even keep it for a few days to test it out and see if they actually like it. Give them your contact info and tell them to contact you if they have any questions.
Next few days, just follow up with them and see how everything is going. Try to set up another appointment so you can see how things went and their responses. Then try to make a deal. If anything, you can always gather options from the users to see what they think and response is of the tools. If they feel like it's truly something they can use and would help them out a lot, then you might be able to use that to support your case.
Hope that helps and good luck.

> There are problems with some people calling emergency services for the smallest thing, but they’re generally quickly filtered out, but they’re worried about doing anything to dissuade people who truly need it, because often dealing with the aftermath of someone calling an ambulance late is far worse (and costlier) than taking things a bit too seriously. Agreed, but on the other hand if an ambulance crew is dealing with a stubbed toe, they are not available for a heart attack down the street, and that too is quite expensive. When I was going through industrial first aid training, this was drummed into us a lot. Yes, if there were symptoms that matched a heart attack or a lot of other profiles of serious conditions, call an ambulance as quickly as possible. But for other stuff, remember that if you call an ambulance, you’re taking it away from someone with a more serious need.
Interesting conversation. I really think many of you touched upon it but no real home runs. In my opinion, after looking at the pattern since Eisenhower warned us about the Military, Industrial,(first draft also said “Congressional”), (today we can add lobbyist)Complex; we can see who is really in charge of this country and it is not the “elected” officials. (Eisenhow warned us but did nothing but kick the can down the road)The power base lies with the Oligarchy and religates the authority of those we think have been elected to basically two roles; 1)Cheerleaders for the super wealthy power base and 2)As a buffer between the classes to make the motives of the rich at least somewhat digestable to the majority. If anyone in particular steps too far beyond their particular given role, they will be at best marginalized and at worst eliminated. We need only to look at what happened to Kennedy (see “JFK and The Unspeakable”) along with Martin Luther King Jr., Robert Kennedy and all the rest. They all were killed as soon as they got too close to the people and too threatening to the Oligarchs. In this day and age even “Plausible Denial” is no longer a necessary tool but instead the atrocities are right out in the open. (See Cheney and torture) So in the end, look what happened to JFK and you have your answer.
