Medics Pack

I am female and joining the australian army as a medical technician / operator. I have a question ?

Do medics wait for casualties to arrive back on base or have to be out with the troops?
Do female medics need to carry huge loads eg. soldiers, back packs, or will i be based back at the base where the injured are bought to me?

Medics in the Australian Army have a variety of possible roles you could do across a career.

You could work in a hospital (military, sometimes even civilian), work in a unit's aid post, sit in an ambulance/safety vehicle in the rear echelon while on exercise or deployment, go out with patrols (very unlikely, except on low intensity operations. The combat arms train their own Combat First Aiders for immediate battle treatment).

Essentially, soldiers will see you at an aid post if they are sick, injured, need medical assessments or treatment, etc, you will conduct said treatment and refer them to Nurses/Medical Officers if need be. Odds are you're not going to be running under fire, bearing stretchers or marching with packs too often, but be prepared for it.

"RMF Ability Pack" Medic's New Ability!

Battlefield: Bad Company 2, how to be a medic?

I want to try to lvl up my medic kit, but I don't really understand the medic. I've seen the "shock pads"(forgot name) that bring teammates back to life, but I don't understand the health pack you throw out. I've seen people carry theirs, but when I use it, I just throw it straight out.Is the pack suppose to heal you and how do u know you are being healed or are healed? Please tell me how to carry the pack, any medic tips, the answer to the previously stated question, and anything about BFBC2.
BTW I have an xbox360.

Ok, so u see the "shock pads" are used to revive your teammates, you get 50 points for each revival, and you get 80 for squad revival. the health packs are used to give hp to yourself and teammates. You recieve 10 points every second you heal someone. You dont know exactly if you are being healed. The health packs heals everyone in a radius. You cant carry the pack as far as I know it. If i was a medic i wait till the teammate is killed, because i receive more points than just healing. The simple best way to get highest point is being sniper or any other class with c4 and implanting them in the base and activating the bomb, run outside and wait till people comein to diffuse the bomb, and then trigger the explosion. points for destroying info and kills XP.
