Does anyone know of psychic earthquake predictions?

I live in Southern California and have been hearing different earthquake predictions, both psychic and scientific. Has anyone heard about this? Apparently there have been many accurate predictions from both sources.

I'm sure there are plenty, but since there are no such people as "psychics", their predictions will be no more accurate than random guessing.

how seismic data relate to assist in the prediction of volcanic eruptions (special type of earthquake?)?

Previous to a volcanic eruption, the seismic activity increases significantly with an epicenter located just below the volcano. These quakes are produced by magma moving through the rocks, producing forced injections on the country rocks and by movements of magma and the release of gases in a similar way that your stomach produces noises by gases moving through, but here it is at a larger scale. If the activity increases in magnitude and in frequency an eruption will occur soon. Most volcanoes have a normal seismic activity and seismologist/volcanologist can detect a systematic increase in the amount or in the intensity of these quakes may indicate a new eruption in the near future. They have developed models to predict when an eruption will occur that is reliable, based on the seismic data, in the deformation on the volcano structure, and in the amount and type of gases being emitted by the volcano. Nevertheless, we don't have a crystal ball to predict the future, so the best they can predict is within a couple of days in accuracy.
