It is part scare-monger and part entertainment. It has *nothing* to do with any science or prediction or any person, people, or equipment who could make such a prediction.

Not to mention that *no one* knows how to predict earthquakes. So much that there aren't even any far-out geologists who claim to have a method! It's one of the "holy grails" of geology, if you will. We think that if we could measure the stain on an earthquake, we might be able to begin to predict them — but we don't even know how to measure the strain. The best that we can do is look at earthquake data after its already happened, and make some measurements of plate movement.

That's it… no, that site is just bull that only succeeds in confusing and frightening a lot of people.

Not to mention the earlier costs in protection. But we are at least several centuries away from predicting earthquakes let alone preventing them. It is rather moot. There really is no alternative to protecting ourselves over the long term other than at a societal resource allocation. Markets are not a useful social tool for doing it. Their strength is short-term resource allocation. They aren’t useful for much over a decade.

Anyway, the point is that the lights could have been generated by HAARP while it charges the ionosphere, but they could have been generated by the underground pressure and magnetic field from the earth, so that in itself is not a proof that HAARP was used.
