How prepared was Christchurch for it's earthquake?

For my study case. I need to know:
- How prepared they were.
- How protected they were.
- How preventing they are.

Many thanks. :)

They weren't really ready or prepared for it. Chch's earthquake was on a hidden fault line that no one new was there until it happened. Most of chch's buildings were built at least 100 years ago, so they could not stand up to it and fell down. So in answer to all all your questions, they weren't.

there are doing more than in the USA only have ads and propaganda.
still i don't know is at psyop or is some fundamentals on the old civilizations and “they” power absolute to win on this special astronomical time to give the power to 'THEY” god
there are running out of time that is why “they” need this health care pass so “they” will have more control over and if America loose the World will loose too

that is what you get for being a troll.
if you can't walk the walk then don't talk the talk.

i can think of some pretty obvious fixes to this issue. maybe you should sit down and reevaluate the whole situation and all your options.
if you don't want to 'run some codes' then your best hope is to format your hard drive and start over. otherwise your going to have to get your hands dirty in code.
