Relief Pouch
I need IMMEDIATE relief for slightly puffy, REEAALLLYY dry under my eyes. Have any good remedies?
I woke up about two mornings ago and i had BIG SWOLLEN PUFFY eyes. they went down slightly. i woke up the next morning and they were alot better but i still had small pouches under my eye. Then this morning was the same except VERY VERY DRY and a llittle red on the sides. I need to get rid of this puffiness and this dryness. Remedies anyone?? i dont really have to need to go out and buy creams. Just looking for simple home remedies that will do the trick and get rid of the dryness and especially the little pouches!
HELP!!
Green tea bags! Get them wet...and place them in the freezer until really cold! It works sooo well. Also place a spoon in the freezer and just cold pack your eyes for about 20 min. I do this everytime and am pleased.

My stomach is bloated, what can I use for relief?
I have been on a gain weight diet. I originally lost 20 lbs, but now I want to gain 10 of it back. I have been working out, running, walking, blah blah blah, and everythings seems to working find, except one thing. My stomach. I had a child 3 years ago and still had a slight pouch there, but not sloppy or noticable. But lately, with the change in eating and exercising that I have been doing, consistently!! Now my stomach is bloated. I have not been to the bathroom, properly, in a few days now. I want to clean out my stomach, but dont want the discomfort that comes along with it, plus I still have to be able to go to work and do my every day routine. Can anyone help me out with a site or brand to use? I would really appreiciate it.
A 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda (not power) like Arm and Hammer mixed with a cup of water will clean your system out. Make sure to drink plenty of water afterwards.
