What do you have in your survival kit just in case a war breaks out here in the USA?


I have all I need, took a few decades and now I live in the perfect place if it does hit the fan.

I think the biggest problem people would face is being able to get out of populated areas. Roadblocks would be in effect, travel extremely limited. With a war like that they will shut down air ports and close borders. So if you live in Los Angeles you will be stuck there. You wont be able to get in a car and drive to the wilderness and walking will have its hazards to be sure! And what will millions of starving people do? Oh yeh it would be total madness! Look at what goes on in other countries when this happens. Troops going door to door searching, killing taking what they will.
When the Japanese invaded the Aleutian Islands in Alaska during WW2 it gave us some idea of how fast this can happen. And lets not forget Pearl Harbor. Yes it could happen.

It comes down to being self sufficient and being in the right location for survival. Picture the tens of millions of Californians trying to flee to the mountains. Those mountains are going to be awful crowded aren’t they?

Just look at Gaza right now, what would you do if that happened here?
So is that fence were building across the Mexican border being built to keep Mexicans out, or us in?

I am just throwing things out there to think about. But hell yes I am prepared.
