   Suffice to say now that there is nothing like your Emeregency Response Teams, ambulances and helicopters here. Most victims are at the mercy of Good Samaritans.

   Gee… I didn't know this?!

   Then, even if there were 'fully loaded' medical kits on board the buses…

   Do bus drivers have the training to implement treatment?

   Is there first aid training for the general public?

   Sounds like it's pouring a bucket of water on a forest fire…

   The kid wasn’t suffering from peanut oil or other form of poisoning. Epinephrine is less effective against asthma, orally, inhaled or even injected. It may help, but the best thing is to get the kid to the hospital. Safety first, then you can apply all the charges you want to AFTERWARDS, if warranted. Beta2-adrenergic agonists taken via an inhaler is typically the fastest method, and I don’t believe those are typically found in most common medical kits. A severe attack may need applied oxygen or even intubation and being placed on a ventilation. Again, CPR is near useless in this case.

   Water? Knife? I think this kit was poorly prioritized. It's missing some essentials, clean water and tools. I guess you could add a Spyderco Delica or ladybug, a 3mi trash bag, zip lock freezer bag and water purification tablets to round out the kit but I think the priorities were off kilter with this.

   sounds like you are ready for the big one?? be too bad if nothing happened in your life time to use all this stuff? sounds like it is costing a lot of money to replace food and other things you yourself don't use?? i like to keep a wind up am-fm radio nearby! but it has a light too so i am always useing it?
